1. Introduction

Welcome to Clearwipe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of clearwipe.com (the "Site") and any products, services, content, or features offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). The Site is operated by Web Storefront, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands ("Clearwipe," "we," "us," or "our"). "Clearwipe" is a registered trade name of Web Storefront.

By accessing the Site, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a legally binding contract. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may browse the Site without creating an account, but certain features (such as saving orders or managing subscriptions) require registration. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Products and Pricing

We do our best to display our products, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all information on the Site is free of errors. Colors, sizes, and other product details shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email indicating that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before dispatch, in which case we will issue a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

7. Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery times, costs, and supported regions are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Clearwipe products.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory consumer rights — including the 14-day right of withdrawal — apply in addition to our refund policy and are not affected by these Terms.

9. Subscriptions

If you sign up for a Clearwipe subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@clearwipe.nl. Cancellations take effect immediately, but charges already processed for orders that have shipped or are about to ship will not be reversed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, video, audio, and software — is the property of Web Storefront or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The "Clearwipe" trade name and any associated logos, slogans, and branding are owned by Web Storefront.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use such as viewing the Site or printing pages for your own reference.

11. User Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by introducing viruses or malicious code
• Use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to extract content from the Site without our express permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Submit false or misleading information

12. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site (collectively, "User Content"), you grant Web Storefront a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that User Content in connection with the Services and our marketing.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Web Storefront. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party websites or services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly required by applicable consumer protection law, the Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that any defects will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Storefront, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your purchase of any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Web Storefront, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, the courts of The Hague, the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these Terms remains in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Web Storefront regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
