At Clearwipe, we stand behind every cloth we make. If your Clearwipe doesn't live up to the promise, we want to make it right. This Refund Policy explains how our 60-day guarantee works, how to request a refund, and what to expect from us along the way.
Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We give you 60 days from the date of delivery to try your Clearwipe risk-free. If you're not satisfied for any reason within that window, you're entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
You don't need to send the cloth back. We'd rather you keep it, pass it to a friend, or repurpose it โ whatever suits you. Returning small fabric items costs more than the cloth is worth, and we'd rather put that money back in your pocket.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, email us at support@clearwipe.nl with the following:
- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief note about why Clearwipe didn't work for you โ this helps us improve the product
We typically reply within one business day. Once your request is approved, we'll process your refund right away โ you can expect the funds to appear in your account within 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
What's Covered
Our guarantee covers:
- Products that didn't meet your expectations
- Products that arrived damaged or defective
- Products that don't perform as described
What's Not Covered
The following situations fall outside of our refund policy:
- Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery
- Products damaged through misuse, such as using the cloth on rough or sharp-edged surfaces, machine-washing with fabric softener, or tumble-drying
- Refund requests without a valid order number or proof of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, contact us at support@clearwipe.nl within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging where possible โ it speeds things up. We'll either ship a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Optional Returns
While returns aren't required to receive a refund, we understand some customers prefer to send the product back. If you'd like to return your Clearwipe:
- Contact us first at support@clearwipe.nl to receive a return address.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Clearwipe does not reimburse return shipping costs for standard refund requests.
- We recommend using a tracked service โ we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@clearwipe.nl. We ship orders quickly, so cancellations are only possible before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, the standard refund process applies.
EU & UK Statutory Rights
If you're a customer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws, starting from the day you receive your order. This right exists in addition to our 60-day guarantee. To exercise your statutory right, contact us at support@clearwipe.nl within 14 days of delivery. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subscription Orders
If you're enrolled in a Clearwipe subscription, you can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect immediately, but orders that have already been processed will ship and are subject to the standard 60-day refund policy.
