Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where Clearwipe ships orders, what carriers we use, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Where We Ship
Clearwipe currently ships to:
- The United Kingdom
- The United States
If your country isn't listed at checkout, we don't yet ship to your region. Drop us a line at support@clearwipe.nl if you'd like to be notified when we expand.
Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 1โ2 business days of payment confirmation. During promotions, holidays, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer โ we'll let you know if your order is affected.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 5โ10 business days
- United States: 5โ10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary based on your location, customs clearance, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers in each market to make sure your order arrives safely:
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail
- United States: DHL and UPS
The exact carrier handling your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Any discounts, free shipping promotions, or thresholds will be automatically applied at that stage.
Tracking Your Order
Every Clearwipe order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. If you don't see the email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email us at support@clearwipe.nl and we'll sort it out.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (US Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or sales tax based on the destination state. These charges are determined by US Customs and the relevant authorities โ they are not included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Clearwipe is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, and we cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" or undervalue them on customs forms.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Wait 24โ48 hours โ packages are sometimes marked delivered before they actually arrive.
- Check with neighbors and any safe drop-off locations near your address.
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number.
If the package is still missing after 48 hours, email us at support@clearwipe.nl and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a few photos of the damage. We'll either ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund โ your choice.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
It's the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or refusal at delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to change or cancel your order, email us at support@clearwipe.nl as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn't shipped yet, but once it leaves our warehouse, we can't make adjustments.
